Our department has now launched, and I am directing, a new Ph.D. in Education program that will begin in fall 2007. Students in the program will select one of three specializations, one of which is Language, Literacy, & Technology.
We look forward to receive applications from interested students around the world by the deadline of January 31, 2007.

I was looking on-line for the universities which offer such degree with the focus on technology in teaching, as this is my passion.
First, I contact Admissions Counselor at Univercity of California-Irvine and I get his encouragement for approval, and then I randomly find this blog. Carma?
